Purpose and Effect
This page records your legally binding consent to conduct business electronically with the platform and your acknowledgment of the legal documents governing platform access and use.
By affirmatively accepting this User Consent, you agree that your electronic acknowledgment, electronic signature, and continued use of the platform have the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature and paper-based acknowledgment to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Consent Scope
Your consent applies to this User Consent and to all platform legal documents presented to you now or during the course of your relationship with the platform, including identified categories of records such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Disclosure documents, Scope documents, notices, acknowledgments, updates, service communications, and other legally required or operationally necessary records.
Role Clarity and System Structure
You acknowledge and agree that the platform is a neutral technology infrastructure only and does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, discretionary management, brokerage execution, or custody services.
No role assumes the legal or operational obligations of any other role. Your consent does not create or imply any advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, or custody relationship with the platform.
Consent to Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures
You consent to receive records electronically and agree to use electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with your relationship with the platform. You agree that an electronic sound, symbol, click, tap, checkbox selection, typed name, digital process, or other electronic action logically associated with a record and adopted by you with intent to sign or acknowledge constitutes your valid electronic signature.
You agree that no record, disclosure, notice, contract, policy, acknowledgment, or consent may be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic signature was used.
Paper Copies and Withdrawal of Consent
You may request a paper copy of an electronic record and may withdraw your consent to electronic delivery by contacting support@correct.trade.

Hardware, Software, and Access Requirements
By accepting this User Consent, you confirm that you have the hardware, software, internet access, browser capability, storage access, and ability to receive, open, review, download, print, and retain electronic records in the form used by the platform.
You confirm through your electronic acceptance that you are able to access the electronic form of records used by the platform.
Delivery and Notice Standard
You agree that records, notices, disclosures, legal documents, updates, confirmations, and other communications may be delivered electronically through in-platform presentation, account access, posted availability, email delivery, or other legally permitted digital methods.
Recordkeeping, Audit Trail, and Version Binding
You acknowledge and agree that the platform may create, retain, rely upon, and reproduce electronic records of your consent, signature, acknowledgments, timestamps, version identifiers, document identifiers, session data, device or access metadata, and related audit information for compliance, evidentiary, operational, legal, and security purposes.
Consent to Updated Documents
You acknowledge that the platform may update legal documents, disclosures, notices, and related records from time to time. Your continued access to or use of the platform after updated records are delivered, posted, or made available constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated records to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If a change in delivery method, access requirements, or record format creates a material risk that you may no longer be able to access or retain subsequent records, the platform may provide updated notice, revised requirements, or other legally required information.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, preserving access to your electronic records, reviewing delivered documents, and keeping copies of records you wish to retain. You are also responsible for monitoring your account for notices, updates, and required actions.
You acknowledge that failure to maintain access to your email, device environment, browser, connectivity, storage capability, or account credentials may impair your ability to receive or retain records, and that this remains your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
Restriction or Termination Following Withdrawal or Failure of Electronic Delivery
The platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate some or all access, features, workflows, or services if electronic delivery is refused, withdrawn, unavailable, or cannot be reasonably supported, or if legally required notices cannot be effectively delivered or acknowledged through the delivery channels associated with your account.
The platform may also take reasonable steps to remediate delivery failures, update delivery methods, or require account information updates before continuing access.
